1. Same Store Growth Strategy

Analyze historical sales data to identify growth opportunities within existing stores.

Develop and implement initiatives to increase average transaction value and conversion rates.

Collaborate with concessionaires to optimize product assortment and pricing.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily, weekly, and monthly store-level performance metrics.

Prepare dashboards and reports for internal reviews and concessionaire meetings.
-
Identify underperforming stores and recommend corrective actions.
3. Customer Experience Enhancement
-
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with service standards.

Implement feedback mechanisms and mystery shopping programs.
-
Work with brands to improve visual merchandising and store layout.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
-
Coordinate with concessionaires to align on growth targets and promotional plans.

Support onboarding and training of store staff for new initiatives.

Liaise with airport operations and security for smooth functioning of retail outlets.
5. Digital & Loyalty Integration

Promote adoption of digital invoicing and loyalty programs to boost repeat purchases.

Monitor penetration and redemption rates of loyalty initiatives.
6. Inventory & Merchandising

Conduct periodic inventory checks and provide feedback for replenishment planning.

Ensure optimal stock levels and reduce instances of stock outs or overstocking.
7. Compliance & Standards

Ensure all retail operations comply with airport regulations and brand guidelines.

Support audits related to safety, hygiene, and commercial agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
-
4–8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Retail Companies, Airports, Malls or high-footfall environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
