Danfoss is looking for Sales Manager having growth mindset to develop and manage our sales based in North & East region responsible for Industrial refrigeration product portfolio and developing regional sales strategy, enhancing, and spreading the knowledge of the Danfoss brand and Climate Solutions products

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesalers, and end users to drive long-term growth and trust.
  • Leverage strong application knowledge in Industrial Refrigeration (Dairy, Poultry, Meat Processing, Fisheries, Food Processing, Fruits & Vegetable Cold Storage) to deliver effective and value-driven solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans, prioritizing high-growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Actively manage and grow the sales pipeline, from lead generation to order conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful closures.
  • Drive customer engagement through value selling, including product presentations, technical advisory, seminars, roadshows, and technology days, while enabling up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support business planning through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and inputs for demand planning and rolling forecasts to enable sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in industrial applications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration sales and business development, demonstrating consistent growth
  • Clear understanding and practical application of value selling as a key success driver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships quickly and sustain them effectively
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and collaboration skills; a proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset
