Deputy Manager Sales (B2B)

Beacon Energy is hiring a Deputy Manager Sales (B2B) to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

This role focuses on expanding B2B partnerships, managing key accounts, and delivering high-quality energy solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct presentations and explain energy solutions to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex energy solutions
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in renewable energy or solar industry
  • Strong customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle complex B2B sales cycles
