Job description:
- To get a clear understanding of customers’ requirements for orders related to closed-cell foam and enter SO into the SAP system timely and accurately.
- Track consumers and find leads for developing business for closed-cell foam.
- Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, and determine market gap for new products.
- Inform Production department regarding sales orders in hand and work closely with departments such as Production and R&D for fulfilling customer’s demand for closed-cell foam.
- Dealing, negotiating, and closing deals, and also maintaining relationships with customers.
- To have a proper follow-up on upcoming demands of foam customers.
- Also representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Entertain customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain proper records.
- Following up on the recovery of payments from foam customers.
- Act as MR (Management Representative) for ISO 9001:2015 related work.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing or MBA.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, sales operations, B2B sales and customer services.
- The ideal Candidate must have sales recovery experience, Punjabi spoken & ability to work under pressure.
