Deputy Manager - Supply Chain

Job Summary
Deputy Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination. The role ensures timely and cost-effective movement of materials, maintaining optimal stock levels, and contributing to overall supply chain efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Supplier Management

Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are achieved.

2. Inventory & Materials Management

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational requirements.

3. Demand & Supply Planning

Support demand forecasting and align supply planning accordingly.

4. Logistics & Distribution

Oversee transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare and maintain supply chain reports to track performance and identify improvements.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all processes comply with company policies and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain software.
