Position Summary

The Senior Presales Executive at 4K Sports Infra Private Limited will be responsible for handling company-assigned leads through the CRM system and driving the initial stages of the sales cycle. The role involves cold calling, understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and ensuring accurate updates within CRM.

The Presales Executive plays a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales team by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and creating a seamless flow of communication and data through the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Cold Calling

  • Contact and engage leads assigned through the CRM system via cold calling.
  • Introduce company offerings and understand client requirements during initial conversations.
  • Ensure all interactions (calls, emails, responses) are recorded in CRM in real-time.

Client Requirement Analysis

  • Identify and analyze client needs during calls to determine potential fit with company services.
  • Qualify leads by evaluating their requirements, timelines, and decision-making process.
  • Route qualified leads for further engagement by sales team leaders.

Site Visit Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule site visits with prospective clients and ensure accurate scheduling is updated in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth execution of site visits.
  • Follow up with clients after visits to assess interest and provide necessary clarifications.

CRM Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain 100% compliance in CRM by updating all client details, call notes, site visits, and next steps.
  • Monitor all types of leads available in CRM (inbound, outbound, referrals, marketing campaigns) and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports from CRM on lead status, call outcomes, and conversions for review with the CRM Manager.

Support to Sales Process

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, creating a strong initial impression.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales team with complete background and requirement details.
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to continuously improve lead management and conversion processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of calls made daily/weekly.
  • Lead qualification rate (qualified vs. total leads contacted).
  • Number of site visits scheduled through cold calling.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
  • Response time to assigned leads.
  • Conversion ratio from cold call → qualified lead → site visit.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication skills with clear articulation and client engagement ability.
  • Excellent listening skills to identify client needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with ability to handle large volumes of calls.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills to manage site visits and follow-ups.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience in cold calling.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu (Hindi is Must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
