Position: Deputy Manager – Warehouse & Raw Material Store

Location: Javed Nagar, Sheikhupura

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and raw material (RM) store operations
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical inventory audits
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize wastage or losses
• Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery of finished goods
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization
• Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all inward and outward materials
• Work on ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse/store management (preferably in plastic or manufacturing industry)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
