About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide Level 2 Application Support for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Turbo Charging (TC), and Interconnect Applications. This role involves managing application operations, resolving incidents, and ensuring system stability. The position is based in Pune and requires strong technical expertise in UNIX, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL.

What you will do

• Resolve incident and problem tickets, and manage work orders escalated from Level 1 and other departments.
• Correct erroneous data through manual intervention and workarounds.
• Coordinate and track the removal of fault causes to maintain system integrity.
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours for critical systems.
• Handle job failures promptly and deliver effective workarounds.
• Analyse release enhancements, identify gaps, and collaborate with development and testing teams for resolution.

Who you are

• 3-6 years of experience in application operations for Amdocs Enabler, Turbo Charging, and Interconnect Applications.
• Proficient in UNIX with the ability to write Shell scripts.
• Skilled in PL/SQL scripting for data correction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and process compliance.
