Deputy QA/QC Manager

Acting QA/QC Manager in implementing, managing, and maintaining the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all works comply with client requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the QA/QC Manager in developing and executing the project-specific Quality Plan.
• Supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers to ensure consistent quality monitoring across all trades.
• Review and approve project quality procedures, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) closure.
• Monitor material approvals, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance.
• Prepare regular QA/QC performance and compliance reports for management.
• Ensure calibration and certification of testing and measuring equipment.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years experience in building construction (villa & building projects).
• Minimum 5 years in a senior QA/QC role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
