ATU Duty Free was established in the late 1990s as a joint venture between TAV Airports, Unifree and Gebr. Heinemann. Since its inception, ATU has carried the strength of leading institutions in the aviation and retail sectors. We are looking for a " Deputy Team Leader " to be assigned in our Antalya Operation.



General Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from the faculty of economics and administrative sciences
  • Proficiency in English (Mastery of a second language including Russian/German/Arabic is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Developed leadership skills, experience in team management
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
  • Being able to adapt to shift work system


Job Description


  • Support daily operations within the store and assist the team leader in store management
  • Ensure the implementation of sales strategies to achieve performance goals by managing daily team processes
  • Monitor and enhance the behavior, sales, and service performance of team members
  • Foster collaboration within the team through strong internal communication
  • Maintain store standards in terms of store layout, stock control, and product placement
  • Provide support for cash operations, inventory management, and store reporting
  • Collect customers’ feedbacks and engage in activities to increase customer satisfaction and make product and service improvements when necessary
  • Effectively resolve operational issues and continuously optimize processes
  • Organize performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development
