General Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably from the faculty of economics and administrative sciences

Proficiency in English (Mastery of a second language including Russian/German/Arabic is preferred)

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector,

Proficiency in MS Office programs

Developed leadership skills, experience in team management

Job Description

Support daily operations within the store and assist the team leader in store management
-
Ensure the implementation of sales strategies to achieve performance goals by managing daily team processes

Monitor and enhance the behavior, sales, and service performance of team members

Foster collaboration within the team through strong internal communication
-
Maintain store standards in terms of store layout, stock control, and product placement
-
Provide support for cash operations, inventory management, and store reporting
-
Collect customers’ feedbacks and engage in activities to increase customer satisfaction and make product and service improvements when necessary

Effectively resolve operational issues and continuously optimize processes

Organize performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development
