Deputy Technical Director

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for a Deputy Technical Director to support the technical execution of the ADMS DCC Project - a critical initiative modernizing power distribution in Pakistan.

Job Type: HRSG Contract

Salary: 550K to 575K

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

- Oversee integration of MV systems, RMUs, SRMUs, RTUs, FPIs, SCADA & telecom

- Ensure compliance with K-Electric (KE) standards and national codes

- Drive engineering excellence across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines

- Lead coordination with KE, consultants, and cross-functional teams

- Troubleshoot technical challenges, manage QA/QC, and support commissioning

Requirements:

- 15+ years in engineering leadership roles (utility/smart grid preferred)

- Strong knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, RTUs (T300/T500), IEC/DNP3 protocols

- Hands-on experience with K-Electric or similar utility environments

- Proven ability to manage design reviews, integration, and stakeholder coordination

Bonus if you have:

- PMP or systems engineering certifications

- Knowledge of protection systems, control room builds & telecom integration

- Expertise in QA/QC, HSE, and testing & commissioning

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs550,000.00 per month
