Job Overview

We currently have two vacancies for the position of Deputy Transportation Manager — one based in our Luxor branch and the other in our Aswan branch. This is a full-time on-site role, you will help manage daily transport operations, support drivers, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily transport operations and review them to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor drivers on a daily basis, assist with any challenges they face, and provide support to improve overall efficiency.
• Organize and regularly update the weekly transportation schedule, ensuring proper assignment of drivers and vehicles.
• Review drivers' expenses such as airport tolls and fuel receipts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, costs, and resolved issues to support strategic decision-making.
• Organize training sessions for drivers to improve their driving skills, safety awareness, and understanding of new company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and give feedback to help improve service quality.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure transportation schedules align with client needs.
• Monitor the condition of vehicles and coordinate regular maintenance to maintain vehicle performance.
• Ensure all drivers always follow safety standards and traffic regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
