Dermatology / Laser Nurse

A client of Domo Ventures is looking for Derma Laser Nurses / Technician in KSA. Its an urgent role and hence candidates with valid SCFHS will be given priority. They should have transferable IQAMA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
• A diploma or training in any skin care treatments, or cosmetology is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of lasers, hair removal, skin rejuvenation/tightening, hyperpigmentation etc.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

License:

• Valid SCFHS License as a Registered Nurse (for Candidates within KSA)
• For candidates applying from outside of KSA - should be eligible to have a nursing license as RN / Laser Nurse technician
• Hold a valid RN license from home country

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform a physical assessment on each patient, paying special attention to the skin.
• Assist the physician in the performance of skin exams, monitor and record a patient's medical history, and be aware of relevant test results.
• Assist the dermatologist with outpatient and surgical dermatology procedures.
• Assist with procedures using specialized medical equipment, including cosmetic dermatology
• Be familiar with how to treat acne, specific acne medications and their risks, and alternative topical medications.
• Educate each patient on how to protect their skin and care for skin diseases and conditions at home.
