Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time (20 hrs/week) Design & Marketing Coordinator who is highly organized, creative, and proactive. This role blends interior design, client interaction, and marketing execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide interior design selections with clients
• Provide a high-touch, positive client experience throughout the design process
• Plan, create, and manage social media content showcasing homes and projects
• Capture on-site content (photos/videos) for marketing use
• Support day-to-day operations in a collaborative, small team environment
• Visit job sites (within approximately 40 minutes) to support design and project needs

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in interior design, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Ability to independently plan and execute social media content
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
