Design Composer

Duties and Responsibilities

· Designing, modifying, and improvising graphic content and infographics

· To conceptualize and design web/print-ready graphics for printing material.

· To be fully responsible for the layout, visual appearance, colors and usability of designs.

· Ensuring brand consistency throughout various projects assigned.

· Keeping up to date with industry developments.

· As a designer & composer, the person will be responsible for designing logos, web images thumbnails, banners, and flexing for upcoming designs.

· Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications & Skills for Composer

· 2-3 years of experience working as a composer with proven skills.

· Extensive experience and command with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design & coral draw.

· 1–2-year Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from an accredited institution preferred.

· Perform tracing, redrawing, and remaking of existing designs to meet production and client requirements.

· Convert files accurately from PNG to TIF and other required formats while maintaining quality and specifications.

· Prepare and finalize print-ready files, ensuring correct resolution, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), sizing, bleed, and margins.

· Ensure designs comply with printing standards and production guidelines for various printing methods.

· Act as a backup resource for the Senior Composer during high workload periods or absence.

· Maintain organized design files and follow internal naming and version control standards.

· Coordinate with sales, customer support, and production teams to resolve design-related issues.

· Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

· Active & efficient worker who can work under pressure.

· Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and internal clients Desire to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
