Design Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our creative team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between design concepts and project execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of our clients renovation projects. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will drive the successful delivery of innovative design solutions that elevate spaces and delight clients.

Duties

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and clients to develop comprehensive design plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations
• Work within project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead in selecting materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and color schemes by applying principles of color theory and interior design best practices.
• Coordinate site visits for remodeling, renovation, or construction projects to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support sales efforts by preparing compelling visual content for project presentations and client proposals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles including drafting techniques, color theory, lighting design, and remodeling processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting procedures, construction processes, and renovation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
