Job Summary

Design by Neuron LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual and creative outputs that align with project goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations
• Support designers in developing concepts, layouts, and visual presentations
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation
• Review design drafts and provide feedback for improvements
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and development teams
• Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals for clients
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience in design coordination or creative project management is preferred
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
