The Role:

As the Design Director , you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and modern digital engagement. You will be responsible for the entire evolution of our visual brand—from flagship website visuals and product launch materials to creative mentorship.

Key Creative Leadership:

• Architectural Vision: Lead the evolution of the visual brand across both digital and physical channels.
• Hands-On Ownership: Personally create high-quality design work across digital, print, and video assets.
• Storytelling Partnership: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tell compelling stories around IIoT and wearable safety technology.
• Mentorship: Provide direction and feedback to the creative team to elevate overall design quality and execution.
• Innovation: Leverage AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve engagement and workflow efficiency.

• A Seasoned Expert: You are a current creative/design director or a senior leader ready for increased strategy and management responsibility.
• A Technical Storyteller: You have a proven ability to transform complex technical concepts into compelling visual communication.
• Brand Fluent: You ensure absolute brand consistency across marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
• A Design Practitioner: You prioritize craft and attention to detail, acting as a "lead-by-example" creator for the team.

Role Requirements

• Portfolio: A professional portfolio or work samples are REQUIRED for consideration.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in developing design concepts that communicate innovation, intelligence, and reliability.
• Scope: Proficiency in designing for diverse projects, including launch campaigns, motion graphics, and experiential environments.
• Leadership: Experience coaching designers on concept development and modern design practices.
