Design Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings (2D/3D) for civil, architectural, or MEP works as per project requirements.
• Interpret and convert concept sketches or design inputs from engineers into working drawings.
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans for site execution.
• Coordinate with the project, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Update and revise drawings as per design changes or client feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and specifications.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantities, and material take-offs when required.
• Support engineers in design calculations and presentation drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture or related discipline.
• 5-6 years of experience as a Draftsman in [civil / architectural / MEP / construction] projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/design software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
