Design Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Design Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical drawings and 3D models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product design, interior detailing, and manufacturing drawings, along with the ability to collaborate closely with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Develop innovative and functional designs based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare technical drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct design feasibility studies and provide solutions to improve designs.
• Assist in material selection and prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Provide on-site design support as and when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of product design, furniture detailing, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and production techniques.
• Ability to create innovative, practical, and cost-effective designs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in interiors, furniture manufacturing, or product design.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
