Design Engineer

· Design and Detailing of Fire Alarm, CCTV & Electrical system for industrial, commercial and residential project.

· Placing of fire alarm and electrical device as per NFPA standards.

· Preparation of battery and voltage drop calculations, panel schedule, load calculations, bill of materials, riser diagram, symbol legends, sequence of operations.

· XLS fire alarm systems

· System Architecture

· Prepare/understand FDS (Functional Design Specifications), DDS (Detailed Design Specifications)

· Should be able to prepare:

· Riser diagrams

· Typical wiring diagrams

· Heat Load calculations

· GA drawings

· Fire panel internal layout drawings

· Should be conversant with NFPA standards related to Fire Alarm Systems.

· Adherence to required processes/ policies/ standards.

· Generating detailed mechanical drawings of customized automation systems.

· Developing models and designs from concept

· Good understanding of working principle of machines and material selection while designing

· Generating 3D CAD model, 2D drawings for mechanical components and assemblies of Special Purpose Machines

· Basic knowledge of Electrical and Logic control

· Preparation of BOM list on SAP

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum 2-6 years of experience preferably in the automation/ machine tool industry

· BE Mechanical or Design Engineering
