We are looking for a " Design Engineer " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “ Automotive Sector ”.

This position covers full lifecycle engineering activities for Body Structure (BIW) and Exterior systems, including design development, localization, supplier collaboration, production support, and quality-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX , ensuring STEP-compliant CAD releases.
• Prepare technical documentation such as ECR/ODM/CCD and maintain proper revision control.
• Work with PLM tools: Product Designer, CTF–CSE, 3D Live, Enovia, APQP.
• Develop concepts, detailed designs, BOMs, and engineering documentation in line with technical standards and regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.
• Analyze technical issues and develop solutions; support design modifications across project milestones (Gate/Window processes).
• Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and supplier technical meetings.
• Prepare professional English presentations and reports summarizing activities, results, and improvement proposals.
• Support cost-reduction, value-engineering, sustainability, and lifecycle optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the development and/or processes of automotive structure parts.
• Strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage, coordinate, and negotiate with stakeholders (suppliers, plant, platform, functional teams).
