Skills Required:

Should be proficient in software like Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion.

The candidate is expected to lead a team and showcase good verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge and awareness about different building construction stages, codes (KMBR) and sanction processes.

Familiarity with MS-Office Tools.

Experience: Minimum 1year experience as a Civil Engineer in design feild.

Education Qualification: BTECH in Civil Engineering

Work Location: Ernakulam

Schedule: Day shift (9am-5pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
