Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales department throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in contract reviews to ensure specifications, site constraints, drawings, and material requirements are fully addressed.
• Execute design and project tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
• Maintain and regularly update the design status schedule to ensure project visibility and progress tracking.
• Supervise and assign tasks to Draftsman staff as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Design products in alignment with customer requirements, regulatory standards, safety norms, and engineering best practices.
• Select appropriate materials and components, balancing performance, efficiency, and cost.
• Ensure design documents and revisions are maintained under quality and document control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in LV switchgear design.
• Proficient in engineering design and documentation control in compliance with quality systems.
• Familiar with material selection and component specification for optimized performance and cost.
• Capable of leading and supervising drafting staff and reviewing technical outputs.
