Design Engineer - Process Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and other process equipment in compliance with ASME, API, and TEMA standards.
• Carry out detailed design calculations and develop fabrication drawings, datasheets, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, and production teams to resolve fabrication and quality issues.
• Select suitable materials according to design codes and client specifications.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, inspections, and equipment testing.
• Implement design improvements, explore innovative solutions, and ensure cost-effective engineering.

Required Competencies:

Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: 5–8 years in process equipment design.

• Strong knowledge of process equipment design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, PV Elite, or similar software.
