About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Design Head to lead our design team and drive visual direction across all projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a great design sense, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality creative outputs
• Oversee the entire design process—from concept to final delivery
• Develop visual strategies for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency
• Review and guide designers’ work to maintain brand standards
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Present creative concepts and ideas to the management team and clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and creative concepts
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
• Experience in agency or production environments is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
