Design Manager

• Ensures that the design deliverables meet the quality standards, specifications, and governmental authorities’ (QCS, QCDD) regulatory requirements.
• Manage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, minimizing any disruptions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Determining whether a design solution is user-friendly, cost-effective and environmentally friendly, and developing solutions in case of any user problems and to improve production efficiency.
• Experienced in Structural Analysis, BIM Coordination, FEA in GRC, Alu+Glass, Facade sector.
