What You ll Do

* Lead the design process for luxury hospitality projects, aligning with client vision and brand standards
* Develop innovative design concepts that enhance guest experiences and reflect global luxury trends
* Mentor and manage multidisciplinary design teams to ensure excellence in delivery
* Coordinate design integration with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, and contractors
* Manage selection of high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke furnishings
* Oversee design documentation and construction drawings with precision and quality control
* Serve as the primary liaison with clients, presenting proposals and updates while managing expectations
* Ensure compliance with international building codes, local regulations, and sustainability requirements
* Collaborate with project management to ensure alignment of design solutions with budgets and schedules
* Incorporate sustainability and innovative technologies into design solutions

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
* 15+ years of experience in design and project management for luxury hospitality projects
* Proven track record in a PMC environment and delivering high-end international projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools
* Deep knowledge of luxury design standards, custom finishes, and hospitality operations
* Strong leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience
* Keen eye for detail and ability to integrate sustainability into luxury design
