Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in piling, drilling, foundation engineering, and geotechnical construction projects. The ideal candidate must be Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved and capable of leading the design and engineering team for complex foundation and drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and engineering activities for piling, drilling, shoring, excavation support, and foundation projects.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, design calculations, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and international standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Manage project design schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct value engineering and design optimization to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend technical meetings and represent the company in discussions with clients and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in piling, drilling, foundation, or geotechnical engineering projects.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of foundation design, retaining structures, shoring systems, and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
