Design Manager / Senior Architect / Technical Engineer

Design Manager / Senior Architect / Technical Engineer with minimum of 7-10 years of experience with fit-out / contracting companies within the Gulf.

Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural and technical projects.

The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with strong technical engineering knowledge to deliver innovative and practical solutions.

• Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using CAD software and other design tools;
• Create detailed project specifications, technical documentation, and construction drawings;
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design assessments;
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards;

Interior architect with minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience. Candidate should have the knowledge in the following softwares:

• Autocad 2D / 3 D
• Photoshop
• 3D Max
• Microsoft office

Candidate should also have a great knowledge in developing technical drawings, details, as-built drawings, Construcion drawings, etc. and an eye to details with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
