Design Process Engineer

• Lead and manage the full design process of real estate projects, starting from defining the design brief to obtaining SLD approval and a positive conclusion from TDP expertise.

• Coordinate and oversee the work of designers and project teams at all stages, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, technical standards, and client requirements.

• Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and take preventive actions to ensure delivery within approved deadlines and budgets.

• Maintain close cooperation with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making.

• Prepare, review, coordinate, and supervise contracts, ensuring that project execution meets quality standards, budget limitations, and planned schedules.

• Monitor overall project implementation and ensure smooth execution from initial planning to final delivery.

• Higher education in Design or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and leading teams.

• Strong knowledge of regulations related to construction, design documentation, STR, and territorial planning.

• Proficiency in project management and technical tools such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
