Job Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities

• Create functional and aesthetic interior designs based on client requirements.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Select materials, finishes, colour schemes, and furniture as per the project theme and budget.
• Develop BOQ, presentations, and mood boards for client approvals.
• Coordinate with project, site, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, layout planning, and supervision of work progress.

Sales & Client Handling

• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.
• Present design proposals confidently and explain project scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Promote company services, product offerings, and design solutions to potential customers.
• Maintain client communication throughout the project for updates, approvals, and modifications.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare quotations, follow up for orders, and close deals effectively.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.
• Good communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to handle design and sales responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation & convincing skills for client conversions.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in residential/commercial interior projects.
• Understanding of costing, BOQ preparation, and project execution.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
