Role Summary

The Sales Architect serves as a key link between clients, designers, and technical teams—driving sales through design intelligence and project execution expertise.

This role oversees the entire fit-out journey — from concept and design consultation to product specification, procurement, installation coordination, and project handover — ensuring seamless delivery of lighting and interior solutions that align with Levin Germany’s standards of innovation, quality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Concept Development

  • Conduct client consultations to understand design intent, space functionality, and lighting requirements.
  • Provide design input, mood boards, and layout suggestions integrating Levin Germany’s lighting portfolio.
  • Translate architectural and interior concepts into technical and commercial proposals.

2. Fit-Out Journey & Project Coordination

  • Oversee the full fit-out process from initial design to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate site readiness, ceiling designs, and electrical provisions.
  • Supervise lighting installation stages, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage snag lists, testing, and commissioning until project handover.

3. Technical & Commercial Leadership

  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and lighting control proposals using AutoCAD and Dialux.
  • Present lighting solutions to clients, consultants, and project managers.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material readiness.
  • Ensure value engineering without compromising design quality.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new project opportunities in the fit-out and design sectors (residential, hospitality, retail, commercial).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Achieve sales targets and margin goals through strategic project acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Electrical/Lighting Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting or fit-out sales, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong design sense, technical knowledge, and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
