The Role

The Business Development & Client Experience Manager is responsible for driving new business, nurturing relationships, and ensuring an exceptional client journey from first conversation to final install.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, design, and service. You will be the first impression of Linden Creek for many of our clients and partners, and a key driver of our continued growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers, and past clients
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into booked design and staging projects
  • Represent the Linden Creek brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless, elevated experience
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to align client expectations and project scope
  • Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to nurture long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Track leads, conversions, and pipeline activity with clarity and accountability
