Design & UI/UX Project Manager

Job Description

ZAPTA Technologies is hiring a Design & UI/UX Project Manager with 1.5–2 years of experience to manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of UI/UX and design-focused client projects.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely project delivery. You will also help identify growth opportunities and support overall client success.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Plan and coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers; strong working knowledge of Figma required
• Work with design, development, and QA teams to meet project goals
• Resolve project issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understand technical requirements and support the technical team
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress records
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Design Management, or related fields
• 1.5–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in UI/UX or product design
• Strong understanding of design processes and Figma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
• Location: ZAPTA Technologies, B Block near Bankers Town, DHA Phase 4, Lahore
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
