Job Purpose:
Lead and manage MEP projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, allocate resources, and monitor progress of all MEP works.
  • Technical & Engineering Management: Review drawings/submittals, ensure code compliance, coordinate design, and resolve technical issues.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, variations, BOQs, and resource utilization.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary client interface, attend meetings, and provide status updates.
  • Contractor & Supplier Coordination: Manage subcontractors, vendors, material delivery, and performance.
  • Quality & HSE Compliance: Ensure QA/QC standards, close NCRs, and enforce HSE policies and safe work practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, supervise engineers/supervisors, and ensure high productivity.

Skills & Competencies:
Leadership, communication, advanced MEP knowledge, project planning tools, problem-solving, contractual understanding, ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in Electrical; MBA or certifications (PMP, LEED, NEBOSH) preferred.

Experience:
15–20 years in MEP contracting, with experience leading major commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
