Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Manager to oversee our aluminium and glass projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, monitor daily operations, manage project teams, and deliver timely progress reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all ongoing aluminium and glass projects.
• Track daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with site teams, technicians, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Review installation quality and ensure work meets company standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly project status reports.
• Manage project documentation, drawings, BOQs, and timelines.
• Resolve site issues and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong coordination with clients regarding project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in aluminium & glass, construction, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and site operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), project management tools is a plus.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
