Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee software projects from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects.
• Coordinate between Flutter, Full Stack, and DevOps teams and stakeholders.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software project management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Flutter, and Full Stack development.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile/Scrum or project management certification (optional).
• Experience in fast-paced software development environments.
