DESIGNER

Location: Toledo, OH - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We are seeking a conceptually strong, hands-on Designer to join the Studio Team. This role blends big-picture creative thinking with day-to-day execution, supporting a wide range of enterprise initiatives - from branding and campaigns to social, print, and digital assets.

This is a highly collaborative position, ideal for a designer who thrives in an agency-style environment and enjoys bouncing ideas around with copywriters, scriptwriters, and other creatives. While not immediately a leadership role, there is an opportunity to mentor production artists and grow into broader creative responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with copywriters, scriptwriters, and designers to concept and execute creative ideas across multiple channels.
• Independently take a creative brief from concept through final design.
• Deliver a variety of assets including brochures, print collateral, branding materials, social content, and event deliverables.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, building on others' ideas and driving creative solutions in a collaborative, "riffing" environment.
• Ensure work aligns with brand standards and communicates effectively across business lines.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to production artists, supporting their growth and quality of output.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or agency environment.
• A portfolio showcasing both conceptual strength and executional polish - not just well-designed pieces, but creative ideas brought to life across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital/social design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be local to the Toledo area and available onsite 3 days per week (hybrid model).
