Job Description:

Graphic Designer With Strong Branding Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design With Impact: From sleek investment banking marketing materials to dynamic event branding, social media graphics, and digital content, you’ll create work that makes complex financial ideas visually compelling.
  • Own the Brand: You’ll be a guardian of our unique visual identity, ensuring every design aligns with and elevates our brand.
  • Multifaceted Creativity: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop? Of course. But you’ll also dive into After Effects, Premiere, and Media Encoder to create video and motion graphics for conferences, recruitment, and social media.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Yes, we do charts, graphs, and infographics—but they don’t have to be boring. You’ll find ways to make complex financial information engaging, digestible, and visually stunning.
  • Collaboration and Independence: Work closely with project managers and internal teams while also taking ownership of creative projects and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Not every idea will fly. You’ll need to handle feedback (and occasional rejection) with grace and agility, refining your work until it’s just right.

Who You Are

  • Branding Pro: You have at least five years of experience crafting cohesive visual identities and bringing brands to life.
  • Creative Powerhouse: You’re obsessed with typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Windows is a must. Experience with Monday.com and Basecamp is a plus, but we can train for that.
  • Quick Thinker: Tight deadlines? Shifting priorities? No problem. You thrive under pressure.
  • Team Player and Self-Starter: You can jam with a team, take direction, and run with it—but you’re also confident enough to take ownership of projects.
