Designer ( Fit out )

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer (Fit-Out) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential fit-out projects, with the ability to deliver creative design solutions and manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for execution.
• Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure design intent is met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors for material samples and quotations.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
