Designer (Hybrid)

Location: onsite Tues/Weds/Thurs Malvern, PA (WFH Mon/Fri)

Job Type: 6-month W2 Hourly Contract (potential to extend based on performance)

Compensation Range: up to $55/hr

On behalf of our client in the financial services industry, we’re on the hunt for a seasoned Designer who is not just passionate about design but thrives under pressure and can deliver stunning work on tight deadlines. As part of their collaborative corporate design team, you’ll put your exceptional skills, technical expertise, and innovative problem-solving to work, driving impactful business results.

You’ll join forces with a talented group of graphic designers, art directors, and design managers, and collaborate closely with writers, project managers, product owners, UX strategists, and other marketing professionals to bring their vision to life across a multitude of channels including print and event design, presentations and sales enablement materials, email and digital ads, social media, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and execute high-quality design using PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite with expert layout, typography, and overall corporate design excellence.
• Animate transitions in PowerPoint and design GIFs for emails and social media in Adobe After Effects.
• Develop and design high-quality, innovative presentations and materials for major sales meetings, conferences, and client-facing events, ensuring designs were tailored to specific audience and branding requirements.
• Strong focus and skills in creative advertising design for social media platforms.
• Deliver work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to timelines and workflow processes while demonstrating a mature and self-driven approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Work closely with Art Directors, designers, and other team members to ensure creative alignment and consistency across deliverables while implementing and upholding brand standards.
• Uphold the craft of design while valuing delivery (speed to market) over perfection in a test-and-learn environment. Iterates on work based on research learning and documents these insights to share with others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of corporate design experience across social media, email, digital ads, presentations, and more.
• 3-5 years of work experience in animation within Adobe After Effects and PowerPoint.
• An undergraduate or graduate degree (BS, BFA and/or Masters) in a design, advertising, or communications field or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Mac OS/Adobe Creative Cloud/Microsoft Office experienced user.
• Adobe Firefly, Express, Microsoft Copilot and general AI design experience is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Malvern, PA (three days a week – Tuesday to Thursday).
