During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Specialist – Wiring Harness System Architect to join our global automotive partner’s engineering team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, configuration, and validation of complex wiring harness architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams across electrical systems, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management environments.

Main Responsibilities
Define and document electrical architecture requirements, including connector design, fuse box layout, wire types, relays, and related system components.
Develop and maintain electrical schematics (Step 1–5) and ensure full compliance with design and engineering standards.
Conduct BOM verification and serialization within PLM, CODEP, and KSK environments, ensuring design accuracy and data consistency.
Validate 2D harness drawings and configurations using Capital XC or Zuken tools.
Perform harness patternization and complexity analysis to optimize electrical routing, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
Support manufacturing and diagnostic teams by providing technical documentation, troubleshooting insights, and integration guidance.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of GCB–CODEP data flow across all relevant systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in wiring harness design, harness architecture, or electrical system integration within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of PLM environments, CODEP, KSK BOM, and GCB flow management.
Proficiency in Capital XC or Zuken software is a strong asset.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a focus on design validation and documentation.
Proficiency in English.
