Designer & Project Engineer ( Architect Engineer )

Job Description

· Develop #D designs for new Projects.

· Inspect site/project for measurements and understand scope.

· Interpret Briefs, develop designs for complex Projects using 3DMax, Rhino / AutoCad Softwares.

· Make working drawings with technical details for production (GFC & Shop Drawings).

· Make Videos as requested.

· Present designs to clients and internal teams clearly.

· Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

· Develop project information packages including drawing specifications.

· Prepare Technical and shop drawings.

· Assist in site supervision as required.

· Help in Material and Manpower management.

· Coordinate within team.

· Meets with clients and understands their need to provide suitable design.

· Performs any other task as required.

Qualifications

· Architecture Degree with 3-5 years’ experience

· Estimations experience is a plus.

· High skills in 3D Max, Rhino, Revit, Sketup and Auto CAD.
