designer - Residential

NVS Studio is a leading residential design & construction management firm, doing several residential projects in Great Falls, McLean, Vienna, Arlington, Clifton, Fairfax Station, Upper Marlboro, Bowie and Fort Washington. I am looking to hire a fresh 'out-of-college' candidate, who is local, has some experience in AutoCAD applied to residential design and Microsoft Office, willing to learn new design software, and needs the flexibility of working from home with some site or in-person meetings.

Communication with our clients is a strong preference. Ability to understand drawings and communicate with our sub-contractors will be considered a plus.

A good command of English and Spanish will be highly prefered.

Knowlege and some experience of Sketchup is prefered but not a necessity.

Candidate must be a US citizen.
