About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (UI/UX) Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live design projects for websites, applications, and digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and development teams to transform ideas into visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences.
Responsibility:
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for websites, mobile applications, and branding projects.
- Support in creating user flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Help in testing and improving UI/UX designs for better usability and performance.
- Work with senior designers to maintain design consistency across all digital assets.
- Design visual elements, layouts, and icons for websites, landing pages, and social media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure smooth design integration.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Other key requirements include:
- Pursuing final year or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, and typography.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and design techniques.
- Portfolio (academic or freelance work) showcasing your design ability is a plus.
