Designer / Video Editor (Creative + Product UI/UX)

Experience:

• 2–4 years in design/video editing.
• Strong skills in Figma (UI/UX), Adobe Suite or Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for fast edits).
• Experience designing for social-first content (LinkedIn, X, IG reels/shorts)

Bonus: portfolio of SaaS/tech/startup designs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create social media creatives (LinkedIn, X, Meta, Reddit).
• Edit and produce short demo/product videos, reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Support UI/UX design for website pages, landing pages, and app interface (Figma work).
• Collaborate with content and SDRs to align creatives with campaigns.

KPIs:

• 5–7 creatives per week shipped.
• At least 2 demo/product videos per week.
• UI/UX iterations for landing pages (improving CTR, bounce rate).
