Designer- Villa Renovations/Commercial Fitout

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our villa renovation team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative, functional, and client-focused designs for high-end villa renovation projects. This role requires strong design skills, knowledge of local materials and suppliers, and the ability to balance creativity with technical and project execution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand design vision, lifestyle requirements, and budget.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs for villa renovations (interiors, fit-out, layouts, finishes).
• Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, CAD drawings, and detailed BOQs .
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure designs are executed as planned.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for luxury residential projects in the UAE.
• Stay updated with Dubai Municipality regulations, Trakhees, DDA, and civil defense guidelines relevant to design and renovation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of design elements.
• Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.
• Ensure all designs reflect the company’s brand identity and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field .
• 3–6 years’ experience in villa renovations, luxury residential interiors, or fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential/villa projects .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office .
• Knowledge of local building codes, authority approvals, and renovation standards in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
