DesignOps Specialist

We are looking for a “DesignOps Specialist” who will be able to work with an enthusiasm for implementing pioneering steps on the subject of development solutions to join our Experience Design Center of Excellence team.

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (e.g. Graphic, product, communication)
• Minimum 5 years work experience
• Excellent knowledge of and experience in design or DesignOps
• Working knowledge of UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
• Exceptional understanding of design principles, wireframes and visual design for digital platforms
• Excellence at creative problem solving
• Strong conceptual and visual skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding the needs of the market and customers
• Excellent listening, collaborating, communication skills
• Experience in working with agile frameworks is a plus

What you’ll experience working at Softtech:

• Work as part of our Experience Design Center of Excellence
• Co-conduct company wide DesignOps in close collaboration with the head of Experience Design Center of Excellence
• Be responsible for the healthy execution of design system creation, updating and onboarding practices
• Guarantee that the design processes are followed regularly and properly by the product/project teams throughout the company
• Organize or take part in the Experience Design Center of Excellence rituals with designers, product owners, analysts, project managers etc.
• Lead the designers on their skill improvement journeys
• Take part in defining, conductiong and following up designer recruitment onboarding and succession management processes
• Support ongoing efforts to create a singular design culture at the company
• Continuously seek out ways to improve the processes, practice and culture of the Experience Design Center of Excellence
