Hair Operation and Planning Specialist

EsteNove, a leading provider of health tourism services based in Istanbul, specializes in high-quality hair transplantation, dental, and aesthetic operations for international patients, primarily from Europe and the USA.

To support our growing patient base, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Operation and Planning Specialist to join our team in the Zeytinburnu location and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university program
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the service industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving and persuasive skills
• Dynamic, solution-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment

Job Description:

• Collect payments from patients in the morning and afternoon for scheduled operations
• Report all collected payments daily to the Hair Operation and Planning Manager via WhatsApp, record them in the Operation Tracking Sheet, and deliver the collected amount to the Field Administrative Affairs Specialist
• Coordinate the next day’s operation schedule with the Doctor and share it with the Hair Operation and Planning Manager
• Plan interpreters’ work schedules and patients’ hair-wash appointments together with the Hair Operation and Planning Manager
• Collect payments for After Care product sales and inform the Hair Operation and Planning Manager accordingly
• Handle and resolve patient-related issues (accommodation, transfers, etc.) by coordinating with relevant departments
• Support translation for patients when interpreters are unavailable
• Organize and follow up on patients’ blood test processes
• Enter patient information into SAP and ensure records are up-to-date
